Delivery

The delivery is free in relay point without minimum purchase in France as well as in the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain.

Possibility of sending home - additional shipping costs.

International shipping.

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.

In case of delay of shipment, an email will be sent to inform you of a possible consequence on the delivery time which has been indicated to you.

Returns

You can return your items within 14 days following the receipt of your products.

Go to My Account> Order History and Details> Order Details> Generate Return.

In case of problem, you can also put in the package a word specifying name / first name and your wish: exchange (model / size) or asset for 6 months.

No refund.

Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).

Return costs are your responsibility.
